Terms & conditions

Terms and Conditions

General

These terms and conditions apply to the entire website of Marie Karo. These conditions are accessible at all times and for everyone and are all included on the Marie Karo website. By placing an order you agree to be bound by all the delivery and payment conditions. We reserve the right to change services, delivery and/or payment conditions and all terms and conditions in general.

Delivery

All deliveries take place while supplies last. The delivery time only starts after we received the invoiced amount. The stated delivery times are not binding, but purely indicative: no delay in delivery can lead to the termination of the purchase or payment of damages for the benefit of the buyer. Marie Karo has the right to make partial deliveries. In the event of non-delivery of the goods, any amounts paid by the buyer will be reimbursed without interest or other compensation. Marie Karo's obligation to deliver will, subject to proof to the contrary, be fulfilled as soon as the goods delivered by Marie Karo have been offered to the buyer once. In the case of home delivery, the report of the carrier serves as complete proof of the offer to deliver. Incorrectly supplied delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may give rise to additional costs. The shipment of the order is entirely at the risk of the buyer. If a package needs to be sent with insurance, the buyer must contact Marie Karo in advance.

Pricing

The prices are those as stated on the website at the time of the order. All prices on the website are in EURO and include 21% VAT.
